After the success of the 1st Master Class with Chris Daffy in July, all about…Loyalty & OPTIMAL HR GROUP are organizing again 2 specialized workshops in Athens about the latest and global trends in Customer Loyalty.
The first is a seminar with subject «How HR can boost Sales & Profit using Customer Experience Management!» taking place on December 5th.
